I was unable to solve this problem and trying to fix this looking around
the web and finally I have manage to broke my system to the
unrecoverable state and so was force to wipe out Ubuntu 14.04 and I
decided to fresh install Ubuntu 16.04.

This bug report can be closed down, because I no longer need help. If
you think it is a bug, you can still leave it open, but I will not be
able to provide any useful info anymore.

  After executing: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade
  I got bellow error and I just can't get out of it. Trying million of things.
