Title:
  Drop unnecessary gconf dependency

Status in qtlocation-opensource-src package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Hi, we'd eventually like to get rid of gconf from the default Ubuntu
and Ubuntu GNOME installs. I think it's definitely doable by 14.04 or
at least by 14.10 if we work at it. I haven't been able to find a
.manifest or germinate output for Ubuntu Phone but I'm guessing gconf
is neither needed nor wanted there.

It looks like qtlocation only depends on geoclue because it things
geoclue uses it. However, geoclue 0.12.99 (included in Quantal and up)
uses gsettings not gconf.[1] Therefore I don't think that part of the
  qtlocation code even works.
