Right after update from OTA-11 to OTA-12 cellular data switch is
disabled in the system settings.

In the OTA-12 there is quick access to the cellular data switch in the
indicators (#1373463), but also is disabled.

Doesn't help:
- reboot;
- on/off flight mode;
- switch 2G/3G/4G;
- operator search.

Device: Meizu MX4
- just one SIM slot

Is there workaround to enable cellular data switch?
