Here some logs from my retrying today. I tried a call from this Qt 5.6
xenial phone to my normal Ubuntu phone, and another in the other
direction. Calling from Qt 5.6 / xenial ~works, but in the other
direction on first call I didn't get any notification, on second call I
got the answer/deny dialog but that just disappeared with no actul
action when I swiped to answer the call.

QDBus has seen a lot of changes in Qt 5.6, and signon had a problem
related to that. Now a fix for signon from mardy is included in Qt, but
at least it alone is not improving this bug (if related).

Title:
telephony-service four tests failing on Qt 5.6, can't answer calls

     2 - HandlerTest (Timeout)
    16 - CallEntryTest (Failed)
    17 - ChatManagerTest (Timeout)
    18 - ChatEntryTest (Timeout)

These do not happen on current xenial (Qt 5.5), but Qt 5.6 is aimed to
  be landed to xenial-overlay.

I can place a call on Qt 5.6 but I can't answer one (no alarm).
