Public bug reported: Sometimes, long multi-part texts have their ends truncated and replaced with the end of random texts received months earlier. I can't reproduce it, however if I ask the sender to re-send the long text, it is displayed correctly. The texts are displayed incorrectly in both the Messages app and scope.
OTA-12 saw the issue almost eradicated, but OTA-13 has seen it return. ** Affects: messaging-app (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to messaging-app in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1627144 Title: Received texts merging Status in messaging-app package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Sometimes, long multi-part texts have their ends truncated and replaced with the end of random texts received months earlier.
