Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. In an effort to keep an up-to-date list of bugs to work I
have reviewed this report to verify it still requires a fix and it
occurs on a supported version of Ubuntu.

According to xavier's comment the new kernel fixes this problem. Can you
please state if this is still an issue otherwise?

It is unfortunate that we were unable to resolve this defect in a more
timely manner, however there appears to be no further action required at
this time. I am therefore moving the bug to 'Incomplete'. If you
disagree or have additional details, please feel free to add a comment
and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.

Title:
ip rule list broken with kernel 3.19.0-37.42-generic on Ubuntu 14.04.3

Status in iproute2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When running Ubuntu 14.04.3 with kernel 3.19.0-37.42-generic, the
command ip rule list scrolls 0: from all lookup local until ^c
  is used to break out.

With the previous kernel, in my case 3.19.0-25.26-generic the command
  ip rule list displays;

  0: from all lookup local
  32766: from all lookup main
  32767: from all lookup default

  as it should.
