But I recently upgraded to ubuntu 16.10 and started seeing this bug where my mouse will flicker and disappear when near the top of the screen. It still works clicking-wise. It also seems to be especially severe when using Google Chrome, where it completely disappears and flickers the entire time while mousing over the menu uptions (i.e the close button, the tabs etc...). However recently I noticed this also happens when google chrome is off, though it flickers much less.
