I was also impacted by this problem, only with a single contact. After a factory reset of my phone, i would have liked to reimport my contacts' database but without this problematic contact. By this way i think i have found the solution of this problem: this contact was the only one in two copies on the contacts.db . - So since home/phablet/.local/share/evolution/addressbook i copied thanks to the sd card the folder "system" with the contacts.db file in my computer. - I opened it in SQLite Studio where i deleted "the selected row". - Idem for the photo associated to this contact in the folder "photos"(beware: you have to note the id of the contact before deleting it in order to find the associate photo by its name). - Then i copied the new folder "system" from my computer and crashed the previous one on the phone. - Refresh the phone directory or restart the phone.
