re-opening
my previous guidance was incorrect. Now there is no way to unlock your phone
when you recv a call when your phone is locked, which is not good.

So the back button in the live call view should return you to the
greeter when the phone is locked, not be hidden as it currently is.

** Summary changed:

- back button in header should be hidden when screen locked
+ when phone locked back button should return to greeter

Title:
when phone locked back button should return to greeter

Status in Dialer app for Ubuntu Touch:
  Confirmed
Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  build 210

  - setup a pin lock for your phone (use system-settings)
  - lock your phone
  - recv a call on your phone
  - answer via the snap decision
  - the live call view is shown

  Expected Results:
  - No actions should be allowed on the dialer except interacting with current
call

  Actual Results:
  - The back button is enabled in the header and pressing it brings you to the
keypad view where you can only dial an emergency number, which doesn't make
sense in this situation. The back button should be disabled.
