sorry but the log holds not enough information to pinpoint the issue.
In general you can try to do a reinstall to clean it up like described (for 
another package) here: 
http://askubuntu.com/questions/490671/fix-half-installed-package

Other than that also "Ubuntu 15.10 "Wily Werewolf" is no more supported,
please consider upgrading.
