This sounds like it could be bug #1643976, but without a crash file to
inspect the stack trace I can’t be sure. Can you please check whether
you have a crash file for webbrowser-app under /var/crash, and if so
attach it here? Thanks!

Bug description:
  Running Meizu Pro 5 rc-proposed Version 249. When I connect to a
  monitor using the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter (both Versions 1
  and 2) and the phone enters Desktop Mode, webbrowser-app starts to
  open and crashes immediately.
