ubuntu 14.04.5 - Dell XPS13-L322X Nemo I had to install mtpfs on the PC (and enable USB debuging in the phone). Copying from mtp device to same partition or another inside fails with libmtp error : unknown error Moving inside the same partition works, but only from the left USB port. Moving from one partition to the other works (still left USB port) this way : move original folders/files to the PC disk, then from the PC disk to the 2nd partition.
