This is not a bug, but seems to happen when some required fields are not yet filled. While the 'remote' field can be obvious,it is much less evident when the interface refuses to allow the configuration to be saved, because the certificate provided requires a password and the password field has been left blank.
The UI should be more explicit on why it does not allow the configuration to be saved.
