Bug description:
Zesty Desktop up to date on Dell Inspiron 11 3000 with touchscreen
The user cannot interact with the window controls
(close/minimize/maximize on the left of the title bar) with his
fingers. Taping them does nothing but they work fine with the mouse or
trackpad.
