  /var/log/dmesg No Longer Being Updated

  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  After upgrading to Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid, /var/log/dmesg is no longer
  updated after boot.

  It appears that this was previously done via /etc/init/dmesg.conf
