Title: Snap Decisions with 3 actions do not show 3 buttons Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Won't Fix Bug description: If you create a snap decision notification which has 3 actions, you expect that the notification will appear in Unity8 with 3 vertically placed buttons (https://docs.google.com/a/canonical.com/document/d/1puQ9Z0yKqzsQ1VQ1OOBkxgp78iWGnAhAkFXWJFTWIrE/edit). What actually happens is that you get 2 horizontally placed buttons, and when you click the left button, the buttons are relayouted vertically with the 3rd action visible.
