Bug description:
the search icon and the label search should be removed form the menu
bar when window management focus is an app. If possible this should
also be disabled from lenses that are not searchable.
Desired solution
------------------
In the future the search icon in menu bar will be be an entry point to search
in app search. The shell should present this icon also with apps the supports
in app search through the shell.
