  Eclipse crashes due to misbehaviour of the
  "g_type_check_instance_cast" function

Bug description:
  During normal Eclipse IDE usage it crashed. The Java log, which is
  attached, shows that it's a problem in the
  "g_type_check_instance_cast" function from the "libgobject-2.0"
  library.
