Notably we just got this message regarding 32-bit powerpc:

"As of Feature Freeze in February, the status is that powerpc packages are no
longer considered for proposed-migration, and we have discontinued all CD
image builds for powerpc in zesty.

For the moment, uploads continue to be built for powerpc in Launchpad, and
packages are still published in the archive. You should expect both to be
discontinued before the 17.04 release."

Adjusting Importance accordingly.

Title:
  QML test failure on powerpc

Status in qtdeclarative-opensource-src package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I'm filing this bug on QtDeclarative, though I'm not sure at all that
the bug is there. I've got some QML tests that today started failing
  (two out of two builds):

    https://launchpadlibrarian.net/311109197/buildlog_ubuntu-zesty-
  powerpc.ubuntu-system-settings-online-
  accounts_0.7+17.04.20170316-0ubuntu1_BUILDING.txt.gz

Note how the same tests passed one week ago:

  powerpc.ubuntu-system-settings-online-
  accounts_0.7+17.04.20170308.2-0ubuntu1_BUILDING.txt.gz

I'll temporarily disable tests in Online Accounts.
