Title: "apt-get changelog" doesn't take source package names Status in apt package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Binary package hint: apt Hi Currently, "apt-get changelog" doesn't accept source package names (e.g. eglibc) nor does it honor -o APT::Get::Only-Source / --only- source (e.g. "apt-get --only-source changelog linux" doesn't use the linux source package in Ubuntu but the linux binary package in linux- meta). at least in the Ubuntu and Debian cases, binary packages are mapped to source packages to construct the changelog URLs, so it would seem sensible to support source packages as input?
