Won't fix in Unity8 because Unity8 is unsupported.
As for Mir, there might be some residual issue but it's not clear. So
let this bug expire organically...

Bug description:
I set the BQ M10 device in Desktop mode yesterday evening.
After that i used the tablet mode. Then i went to sleep. As i turned
on my device i got the flickering in the video.
I restarted the device. The flickering was gone.
The device is on the image version: r108
