xkb-data should not depend on it, since the xkeyboard-config
translations are provided via language packs on Ubuntu.

With that said, I agree that it's a bit odd that nothing depends on xkb-
data-i18n. This is how the existence of xkb-data-i18n is explained in
the changelog:

"control, rules, xkb-data-i18n.install, xkb-data.install:
Split out xkb-data-i18n to be used by console-setup."

Title:
  Missing depends on xkb-data-i18n

Status in xkeyboard-config package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
A reverse depends for xkb-data-i18n shows that nothing depends on it.

Surely xkb-data should depend or recommend it's installation?
