On iOS the input field is scaled, depending on how long the word is.
Android is using an icon (paper plain) to indicate "Send".
We are currently working on a proposal to resolve the issue.

Bug description:
Please make the "Send" button a little bigger in the Tabs page,
because translation doesn't fit for it.
In hungarian it is: "Küldés", but only shows "Kül...".
