Title:
Pulseaudio sound card fallback selection changes on resume from
  hibernate

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: pulseaudio

  Description: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
  Release: 10.04
  pulseaudio: Installed: 1:0.9.22~0.9.21+stable-queue-32-g8478-0ubuntu14

Audio works perfectly with my Plantronics USB sound card with
Pulseaudio up until I put my computer into hibernation, with me having
the Plantronics adapter being set as my default sound input/output
fallbacks. Without any other actions, resuming the computer sees
Pulseaudio's output device and input device fallback selections return
  to my internal sound card.

Existing running applications (eg Rhythmbox) that were open at time of
hibernation continue outputting fine to the Plantronics sound card --
  so no changes occur there.

Changing the fallback selections to their right settings makes things
work again, but having to do this every time after hibernation is
annonying. Shutting down and/or restarting the computer doesn't
appear to cause any such trouble -- it seems to just be with
  hibernational/resume.
