Title:
  5.1 subwoofer goes crazy

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Oneiric beta, packages today amd64

Soundcard is a sb audigy analog surround 5.1

The subwoofer is always at maximum, if the level was changed to
something smaller nothing hearable happens. If the mixer was closed
and opened again, the slider is at maximum again. The sub level is
always the same, full power. Except the first minimal, there only
static noise over the sound occurs.
