Title:
  if volume is set > 100% it will be reduced at boot

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hallo

  TESTCASE:

  select the audio volume to a value bigger than 100%, reboot the system and 
you can see that the level is reduced at 100%.
  This can be anoying for people with hearing problems.
