I've marked the bug as incomplete, as it could point to 3 separate features

Chrome mobile does provide a button next to each URL on the autocomple list, once you click on it you get that URL on the adresse bar so you can complete your URL. -- SOLUTION -- The design species the suggestions to be populated by the search engine.
