Bug description:
Testing the following packages from the daily build PPA, there are no
account services listed when trying to add an account on the phone.

signon-plugin-oauth2=0.19+14.04.20131126.2-0ubuntu1
account-plugins=0.11+14.04.20131126.2-0ubuntu1
Worked fine on the desktop
