microphone not working when i connect webcam

Bug description:
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
When i connect webcam Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 (with build-in mic
which I don't want to use) my internal microphone stop working also
external mic is deaf (webcam build-in mic not working too). I try to
disable LifeCam VX-3000 in device tab (sound preferences) but it not
helps. Problem still presents after I disconnected webcam so I try to
solve this by by disabling and enabling internal sound in device tab
but then sound preferences window disappear and sound applet show that
sound is muted although I enabled it again. To make the sound work
again need to restart X.
