Hi,
thank you for your report and your help to make Ubuntu better.

The root cause is:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ConfigParser'

That usually is a local misconfiguration mostly due to manual pip
installs, third party python bits and so on.

In Python 3, ConfigParser has been renamed to configparser for PEP 8
compliance. It looks like the package you are installing does not
support Python 3.

I tried and with normal dependencies and no custom setup python-six
installs just fine. But as a lessons learned from the past this issue
can show up at almost any package that include modules which then
stumble over the broken custom setup and fail.

Please try to clean your local python libs and the issue should resolve.
I couldn't spot in your logs what in particular has to be cleared in your case,
so I have to ask you to take a look.

Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem,
rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete.

If indeed this is a local configuration problem, you can find pointers
to get help for this sort of problem here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community

If you believe that this is really a bug, then you may find it helpful
to read "How to report bugs effectively"
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful
if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem,
explain why you believe this is a bug in Ubuntu rather than a problem
specific to your system, and then change the bug status back to New.

       Status: New => Incomplete
