Currently the dpkg terminal log says users should run "jounarlctl -xe"
for more information in cases where services failed. Then we ask bug
reporters to run "journalctl -xe" and submit the info to the bug, which
they usually don't follow up on. It would be nice if Apport by default
included this info, via journatctl orh systemclt status.

Title:
apport hook does not show the status of failed services

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
See bug 1579475. I can manually follow through and see that the output
of "systemctl status amavis.service" is required for the report to be
helpful. Can the apport hook figure out the same thing?
