Public bug reported:

after installing pdfsam from the appstore the progam did not start. I
have update ubuntu in terminal and I have got the error. I have removed
and reinstalled the program but no solution. Check the issue on forums
and try the solution. The problem maintain the same

Earlier today I have installed dropbox but this is function fine.
