Then it looks like a libglib2.0-0 error, which is totem dependency.
Maybe related to your hardware/mem.

Checking the totem settings, via dconf (dconf-editor), all the options here are 
'off' except the first one 'autoload-chapters'
(org.gnome.totem)

Note: #4 expose glib error, but #6 says no error !!!
Note2: is there some 'journalctl -b' related error when you double click on a 
mp4 video to be played via totem ?
