Title: avahi-daemon consumes 100% CPU time after a period of networked Desktop use Status in avahi package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: On Ubuntu 10.10 Release candidate, after using the machine for some time, the avahi-daemon consistently jumps to 100% CPU usage.
