Dear Mr. Klose, I repeat my answer sent to Mr. Nummimen, yesterday and regarding the same issue.
In the meantime I sent my pc for assistance and they had to change my motherboard. The tecnician installed Fedora 28 and I cannot give informations about Ubuntu 18.04 LTS anymore. By the way Python3 works on Fedora perfectly. Thanks for your interest.
