The issue seems fixed in newer series, also the file selector is from
gtk and not nautilus

Steps to reproduce
1. Open an application you can save from (ex gedit, libreoffice writer)
2. Press Ctrl+S to save a document
3. Navigate to a directory (ex desktop)
4. Click "Create Folder"
5. Press shift and push any letter
6. Instead of typing a capital letter, it just cancels the New Folder
operation
