It looks like you have the nvidia kernel driver version 415 installed
but no Xorg driver to match. That may be the problem.
Another problem is that the Nvidia driver version 415 is not part of
Ubuntu (where did you get it from?), so this is not a valid Ubuntu bug.
Please remove the driver and/or install a supported version like:
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-390
