Hello Iain, or anyone else affected, Accepted gst-rtsp-server1.0 into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gst-rtsp- server1.0/1.14.4-1~ubuntu18.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

In all cases, make sure that everything which worked before still works.
