Title:
  System won't suspend when closing the lid of my laptop, just shuts
  down

Bug description:
  1) Using Ubuntu MATE 18.04.3 LTS
  2)systemd: version 237-3ubuntu10.25 /pm-utils: version 1.4.1-17
  3) I expected the laptop to suspend when i closed the lid
  4)It just shut down even though in the logs it reports that it suspended
