It does honour it, it should be downgradting from errors 2 warnings. If
it does not we do need the program output

  APT does not honour [trusted=yes] when added to sources.list

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When adding the PPA for NordVPN the GPG key did not save properly. In
  order to resolve this, I added [trusted=yes] to
  sources.list.d/nordvpn.list and sources.list.d/nordvpn.list.save. APT,
  when running apt update, did not honour this and instead checked the
  GPG key.
