In Wayland sessions the use of a stylus leads to crash of the application. It is apparently fixed in Gnome gtk. When asking what should I do I got the answer that I should ask the ubuntu gtk maintainers to backport < https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/merge_requests/1121> and <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/merge_requests/830>, which I do here and now.
