If I have sound coming out of the speakers and I plug in headphones, *everything* gets muted including the headphones. If I manually unmute everything I have sound coming from both the speakers *and* the headphones. Unplugging them doesn't unmute anything either. It's all or nothing. I did not have this problem with 11.04.
