I don't know if https://askubuntu.com/questions/1213271/microphone-does-
not-work-on-new-dell-inspiron-7590/1220414#1220414 is helpful. It is my
post on "ask ubuntu" to help others, as I managed to make sound working
on my laptop.

Notes
1) Sound is working using sof
2) sof configuration files are not in master branch of
github:thesofproject/alsa-ucm-conf
3) 5.3.0-42, breaks sof again.
4) https://github.com/thesofproject/linux/issues/1877 here a discussion is
opened for the 5.3.0-42 issues also.

I'm new to all these but if I can help in any way I can try.
