I'm changing the status to incomplete to close this issue since it was
affecting an EOL Ubuntu version and nobody has reproduced/reported it
since then.

Title:
  sudo not hide password when typing

Status in sudo package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I just run a script from my desktop for updating the system and sudo show my 
password while I was typing. This happened 2 times.
  I have take and a printscreen, you can see that at the attachment.

  P.S. There is nothing to do about ssh (relative bug).
