The xserver-xorg-video-nouveau package was manually uninstalled and the problem was happening even with this package installed.

I guess maybe those are part of the same problem. I thinks that there's maybe an issue with xorg on Intel graphics card or probably an issue with the Mesa driver. I don't really know.
