Title:
[nvidia] fractional display scale cannot work properly

Status in mutter package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When I switch on fractional scaling, and choose 125%/150%/175%,
everything gets very large. The screen can only display part of the
whole desktop. It is even larger than the 200%-scale.

  P.S.
As I remember, the fractional scaling works well in May. But after a update
in May (forgot the exact date), fractional scaling cannot work properly
anymore. After that update, I can just use 200% scale setting. I'm so sorry to
report this bug so late.
Also, I tested both with only the builtin screen and with an external monitor
in 'Join Display' mode.
