Public bug reported: Expected behaviour: I can read text on notifications and popups in Ubuntu.
Observed Behaviour: Occassionaly, system overlays lose their ability to show text. This affects the notification drawer, the sound icon, any popups, and the login screen. It can be fixed by restarting Ubuntu. Looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/rvFuHHs Description: Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS Release: 20.04 I am unable to determine what package shows these overlays. I am using the dark theme from Gnome extensions, but switching back to light does not fix the issue.
