it happened like this：
1. i need install caffe. and run 'sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev'
2. and then 'caffe' install successful, and protoc --version is 2.6.1
3. but i also need protoc(3.7.0)
4. then i uninstall proto by "sudo apt-get remove libprotobuf-dev" and
remove something
but is over!!!!!!
when i run "sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-de" is show "the following
packages have unmet dependcies : libprotobuf-dev : Depends: libprotobuf-lite9v5
(= 2.6.1-1.3) but 2.6.1-1.3ubuntu1 is to be installed
"
i canot remove "libprotobuf-lite9v5" and also install "libprotobuf-dev". my
proto is broken, and canot Automatic Repai. who can help me, pls
