Title: Upgrade defalult gstreamer version 1.16 minor version on ubuntu-20.04 Status in gstreamer1.0 package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in gstreamer1.0 source package in Focal: New Bug description: On ubuntu-20.04 "apt-get" default installs gstreamer version 1.16.2, though gstreamer has subsequent minor version gst-1.16.3 with fixes incorporated.
