Upgrade from Ubuntu 21.10 to 22.4 fails

I run do-release-upgrade and I got a message upgrade completed with
errors. I rebooted the server and it is now in an undefined state
between 21.10 and 22.04. Not all packages have been installed. I attach
apt log and output of some commands:
